In line with the Advocates (Professional Indemnity) Regulations, 2004 and our commitment to ensure our clients’ needs are well secured, our firm has currently taken out a professional indemnity insurance cover on a net aggregate claim basis as well as on each and every claim basis. No claim has been made against any of our practitioners; notwithstanding, we endeavor to regularly review our practice standard and risk management policies so that our clients are always covered.
The nature and scope of our practice pivots on the following broad areas of law; consumer protection, employment, constitutional law, family law, immigration, public interest litigation, conveyancing, corporate banking and finance, insurance, conflict negotiation and resolution, debt collection, company secretarial services as well as wills, probate, trusts & estate administration.
The Firm empowers the society by facilitating and providing pro bono services to various clientele. We have made ourselves available to the High Court of Kenya for any pro-bono allocation as well as established contact with the Prison services and the Law society of Kenya on that front. We further work closely with organizations like the Western Jurists Forum to enhance public reach to legal services as well as support education.
